Education
Everyday when I walk into class, I'm expected to learn something new. Sometimes though you might not be learning something new, you may be practicing or working on notes, or assignments you have done in the past. Overall, when I hear the word educated, I'm thinking about learning something new in the class. Although, after you have learned the material, you have to understand how to do it in the future, and that is where the class/homework gets involved. Depending on the class, it is both the teacher and students decision to be educated, but in my mind, it is all the students decision. For the teachers, I think they should make the class interesting, and make the students feel like they want to be in class. If the teacher makes it boring then some students might not want to be in the class and will not learn anything. Finally, it is the teachers job to teach the proper material for that class. As far as the students side, the students have to want to c0me to class prepared to learn. It's up to the students to come to class, do the homework, study for test, and do whatever else there is to do to become more educated.
